Epoxy Powder Coatings
Epoxy powder coatings are known for exceptional adhesion, chemical resistance and corrosion protection, making them the first choice for heavy-duty interior and buried applications.

Key Features
- Excellent adhesion to steel, aluminum and other metal substrates
- Outstanding chemical, solvent and corrosion resistance
- High hardness and mechanical strength
- Fusion-bonded epoxy options for rebar and pipelines
- Water-safety compliant formulations available
Typical Specifications
- Cure: 180–200°C / 10–20 min (typical)
- Film thickness: 60–120 µm (typical)
- Gloss: matte, satin, semi-gloss, high-gloss
- Colors: RAL, Pantone or custom-matched
Applications
Epoxy-coated rebar, drinking water / sewage / firefighting pipelines, valves and pumps, electrical enclosures and heavy industrial parts.
Typical parameters for reference — the final technical data sheet is confirmed by our engineers for your specific substrate and curing line.
Buyer Decision Snapshot
Choose epoxy when the project is interior steel parts needing corrosion and chemical resistance: rebar, pipelines, valves, pumps and industrial equipment.. Not the first choice for exterior facades or fencing, because standard epoxies chalk under long-term UV exposure. Confirm the final selection with your substrate, cure oven and warranty requirements.
Specification to send with your inquiry
- Substrate and pretreatment line
- Interior or exterior service environment

- Quantity per color and destination port
- Repeat volume or annual program forecast
Commercial terms we confirm before quoting
We confirm MOQ, sample quantity, development and production time, QC documents, freight options and payment terms in one quotation, so buyers can compare the total delivered cost instead of only the ex-works price.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the MOQ?
Stock RAL colors are typically 25-100 kg per color. Custom colors often start at 100 kg or more per color. Samples can usually be prepared at 1-5 kg, and we confirm the exact MOQ by finish, package and destination.
What is the lead time?
Stock colors are typically produced within 7 working days after approval; custom colors usually need 7-15 working days. QC and packing add 1-3 working days. Sea freight from Xiamen/Fuzhou is often 25-45 days, while air freight is often 3-10 days.
Can you match RAL, Pantone or a physical sample?
Yes. Send RAL/Pantone, a physical panel or both. We prepare a test panel and technical data sheet for approval. Stock RAL is faster; custom matching is normally included in the 7-15 working day development window.
What should I send for a technical recommendation?
Send substrate, application environment, cure oven range, required film thickness, gloss/texture, certification target and annual volume. Our engineers will confirm the resin system and final technical data sheet before production.
Which certifications can you support?
SGS testing, RoHS and REACH documentation are commonly available. WRAS, ACS and other market-specific approvals depend on the selected system; request them with your specification so we confirm the exact product and batch documents.
Export Buyer Note
For epoxy programs, confirm corrosion target, chemical exposure, substrate pretreatment and whether UV exposure is limited to interior service. Typical supply is 25-100 kg for stock RAL colors, 100 kg or more for custom colors, and 1-5 kg qualification samples. Ask for the selected system’s COA, SDS and applicable market declarations before production.
